With a cost in excess of £70,000 when new, there’s no denying that the Mercedes SL500 boasts a lot of car for the money!  Having had just three previous owners and covering a modest distance of just 63,000 miles, our car becomes even more appealing. 

Brilliant Silver is a timeless colour which perfectly suits the sleek lines of the SL500.  Offering a bright interior with Cream leather seats, the cabin too is a pleasant and comfortable place to be.  This Mercedes came loaded with electrical comforts, some still lacking in many modern cars. The likes of heated and fully electric seats, adjustable ride height and dual zone temperature control amongst others.  Another benefit to our car is the desirable panoramic glass roof, which also retracts to a full convertible sportscar at just the touch of a button, meaning the roof can come and go as quick as the British weather can change.

The 5.0 litre V8 engine teamed with 5-speed automatic box provides a smooth and consistent drive, with plenty in reserve to add more than enough excitement for the roads.  The hydraulic suspension does its job beautifully to keep everything present and correct.  This is a car that effortlessly takes it all in its stride.

Sold by ourselves in January 2022, we’re delighted to have it back for sale once more.  It is shortly due a ‘B’ Service which it will be presented for, plus a fresh MOT.  Before sold in 2022 it had significant investment bumper-to-bumper to make sure it was in top order, plus the fitment then of brand-new Hankook tyres.  Offered with two keys, complete wallet of owners’ handbooks and battery trickle-charger, our low-mileage SL is ready for its new custodian.
