Offered in original colours of Diamond Blue Silver with Light Grey Hide, Shale Grey carpets and matching lambswool rugs, our car is in largely very good order throughout, as you’d expect of a car which has travelled such modest mileage.

Benefitting from only light use and regular maintenance up to 2008, the mileage at this time was just 35,643miles and the service history consistent. Fast-forward ten years and the mileage had risen only 1,072 miles and service history fell away.  We know that in this period the car was often started and run to temperature, had the wheels rotated, and even had fluids drained and exchanged on occasion, but this is not receipted.

September 2018 saw the engine drive belts renewed, likewise the parking brake pads including the lubrication and clean of linkages and compensator, plus the strip and rebuild of both brake pumps.  The result of this and other sundry works mean that this Continental R does actually drive very well, with plenty of grunt at your disposal.

We’ve now driven close to 100 miles in this car in the past two weeks, and she behaves very acceptably, save for running on very old rubber which is due to be replaced this coming week with correct-type premium Pirelli tyres.

This car has had just three former keepers, and has been in current ownership since the year 2000.  In partnership with a striking 1989 Rolls-Royce Corniche II Convertible, this Bentley has served its owner well allowing him to arrive in style and comfort to undertake his duties as Chairman of Yorkshire’s Cricket Committee at Headingly, a role he held after retiring from a successful playing career!

We believe our price-point for this car demonstrates exceptional value to a new owner.  Please be respectful that this car has been little used in recent years and therefore we welcome your thorough inspections, however, once freshly shod with new tyres we have no reason whatsoever to doubt the overall capabilities and proficiencies of this substantial motorcar.
