The simplicity of the inimitable MGB is perhaps its biggest draw…. It’s neither pretentious nor impoverished, not problematical or overcomplicated, and doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Very truthfully, there’s simply nothing not to like about this very sweet and perfectly honest MGB. Its offered in a great colour scheme, it runs very beautifully, and even the hood fits well.
The subject of older restorative works this car has stood the test of time extremely well. There are a host of receipts for consistent service and maintenance work, plus much recent expenditure on sensible upgrades including Kenlowe fan with manual override, 14” wire wheels, Spax suspension to the rear and the recent replacement of front shocks, king pins, assemblies and lower trunnions.
It has a modern stereo system discreetly stowed in the glovebox, too.
…. Altogether a charming little roadster.
