Our Genesis is a tremendously special example with its collector-status mileage and exemplary condition.  Capable of 156 mph thanks to its 1002 cc water-cooled 20-valve inline DOHC 4 cylinders, we sincerely doubt the full potential of this motorcycle has ever been attempted, let alone reached…

There are ten MOT’s with this motorcycle from 725 miles in 1995/96, to 2,965 miles in 2016 covering sufficient evidence to be confident that the claimed 3090 miles is accurate, although, only a cursory glance at this bike is required to be absolutely certain of its accuracy!

Our motorcycle will shortly be presented for a fresh MOT so you can be assured of its road-worthiness.  It received two fresh tyres in January 2016.

Included in the history file is a copy of “Two” magazine from December 2008 where our motorcycle was featured.  The article pitted the Yam against a 1991 Suzuki GSX-R 1100M with the six-page story concluding “The FZR1000 is the better machine, history showed this to be the case.  It is more sophisticated both internally and externally.  It is more modern and refined in every department and scores highly with its looks”.
