This incredibly competent January 2018 Ford Ranger Wildtrak 3.2 is our own vehicle.  Its replacement is imminent, so now available for sale.

We are only the second owner of this vehicle since February 2021 at 37,000 miles.  Now 94,000 miles, it remains fully serviced throughout at more regular intervals than recommended by manufacturer.

The colour is Sea Grey, and it benefits from being fitted with body-colour canopy with load liner, tow hitch, and roof rails.

In our care it has had routine servicing carried out by Ford, most recently on 25th January 2024.  The brake discs and pads were replaced in August 2023 and four new matching Bridgestone tyres fitted in January of this year too.

We’ve really taken care of this vehicle and as such the cabin only shows light signs of wear to the driver’s seat.  It’s a comfortable vehicle, with heated front seats, DAB radio, navigation system, Apple Car Play, reversing camera, electric mirrors, heated windscreen, and more besides….

We’ve updated the styling with Mustang-style LED headlights which actually work a lot better than the 2018 fitment we replaced.

Early in our ownership the engine overheated on a journey and was toast!  Despite being just out of warranty, Ford accepted this was in a batch of engines which had reports of issues and rather decently they came to the party to implant a brand-new crate engine.  This was supplied and fitted by Newport Ford at a cost of more than £10,000. The mileage was just 37,609 at the time, so this new engine has actually covered fewer than 57,000 miles.

Our Wildtrak has recently been granted a fresh MOT.  All service books, spare keys and service history is present.
