Jaguar are really leading their class with the design of their interiors and it’s no exception here. Piano Black wood to the centre console and milled steel-effect dashboard are really classy touches.
The real wonder of this car though is the engine. The seamless delivery of power thanks to the 5.0 Litre Supercharged lump is breath-taking. It’s just incredible to have this much power and potential in such a modest-looking car and surrounded by such comfort. Boasting a 50mph to 70mph acceleration time of just 1.9secs, and a top speed north of 200mph this is a world-beater. We haven’t been brave enough to truly test the full potential of the 503bhp, but we’ve seen and experienced enough to agree with the 2013 Autocar 5-Star review of the XFR nonetheless.
